Gina graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Bentley University and Master of Science degree in Training and Development from Lesley University.
She holds an ACC credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and is certified to administer the Goleman and Boyatzis Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), and volunteers as a Accredited Financial Counselor AFC©.

We facilitate boardroom and virtual style workshops, offsite meetings/retreats, strategic and project plans, and team/individual feedback sessions to improve processes, plan solutions, and enhance relationships.
COACHING
We provide services to uncover individual potential and improve performance. We collaborate to define goals and create a development plan for those looking to enhance competencies or close skill gaps. Coaching is an effective tool for high-performing, newly promoted, or emerging leaders.
